With major changes coming to SNAP (the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and the federal government shutdown impacting SNAP, WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children), and other critical assistance, we recognize that it is an extremely uncertain and challenging time for Oregonians.
