Are you passionate about ending hunger while also working to dismantle historic and current systems of inequity and oppression that lead to hunger and poverty? Hunger-Free Oregon is seeking two Co-Executive Directors who will guide us as we work towards an Oregon where everyone is healthy and thriving, with access to affordable, nourishing and culturally appropriate food.

The Co-Executive Directors will collaboratively support Hunger-Free Oregon’s strategy and operations in alignment with our values, mission, and strategic priorities. Building on the democratic processes and policies developed by the staff and board, they will be responsible for dedicated portfolios of work, along with shared responsibilities with each other and other staff.

The Team Support Executive Director will steward crucial functions in finance, human resources, and team resilience, and will promote community-centric principles in fundraising and budgeting.

The Community Food Justice Executive Director will facilitate the development of program and advocacy strategies, monitor our overall work plan to make sure that each project has the capacity it needs, and support the organization’s special relationship with the Oregon Hunger Task Force.
