There are nearly 200,000 children in Oregon who live in families where there is often not enough to eat. These children have a difficult time keeping up at school as a direct result of their nutrition problems. The Oregon Hunger Relief Task Force plans to use a successful outreach model to increase Oregon's access to federal funding and significantly increase the number of Oregon children who have enough to eat.
