For Health Care Providers
Medical providers can be a first line-of-defense against hunger for their patients, by asking the right questions and being prepared with the tools and information to help.
The Childhood Hunger Coalition provides resources and assistance for medical professionals to diagnose childhood hunger and provide solutions for families.
For providers who serve patients with limited incomes, our SNAP Outreach team can help provide you with materials for your patients that will help them find the assistance they may need.

For Senior Centers and Adult Day Care Sites
Our SNAP Outreach team can help you provide information and materials to your clients on the different assistance programs available to them. From food stamps to tax-assistance, we can provide brochures, posters, and even come present to you or your clients.
Adult day centers can often qualify for federal assistance with the cost of providing meals to their clients through the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
